Mawa was built on a simple principle: Not every property should be listed.

We are a licensed real estate company based in Riyadh, operating fully under Saudi regulations. Regulation, however, is only the starting point. Every property accepted by Mawa goes through a verification process covering ownership, documentation, accuracy, and presentation.

If a property cannot be verified, it is not listed. If it does not meet our standards, it is declined. This approach protects buyers from uncertainty. It protects owners from dilution, and it preserves trust on both sides of the transaction.
